Every Evening our Chefs prepare a number of special features for you. These features include Soup or Salad.  Your server will be pleased to describe these dishes.

Baked, Poached or Charbroiled served with Hollandaise or Dill Sauce.

 

Roast Duckling
Portions of duck, roasted and simmered in a succulent Bing cherry or Orange sauce, served with seasoned long grain rice.

 

New York Strip Loin 
Char Broiled or Peppered.

 

Prime Rib of Beef
Served with Yorkshire pudding. 

 

Rack of Lamb "Braeside"
Fine quality Lamb, delicately seasoned and roasted, served with mint sauce.

 

Boneless Chicken Breast 
  • l’Orange (With a hint of Orange liqueur)
  • Plain, (steamed or baked).
  • Curried (served with Basmati rice)

 

Breaded Scallops 
Succulent Scallops breaded and boiled or Sautied. Served with tartar sauce.

 

Seafood Casserole 
Lobster, Scallops, Shrimp, Salmon, and Haddock, blended with a tangy sauce,topped with cheese and baked to perfection. 

 

Seafood Platter 
A seasonal variety of fresh seafood, not deep fried. A Braeside Inn Specialty. A very large meal!· 

 

Fresh Atlantic Fillet
"The Daily Catch" pan fried or breaded and baked, served with Tartar sauce.
